Intensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Treatment is a 12 week program consisting of 4, two hour evening groups per week. The groups meet Monday through Thursday each week. IOP also includes weekly individual counseling sessions, family counseling sessions, and client/family sessions. An information packet is given to each family member explaining the importance of participation, the disease process of addiction and addiction as a family disease.

We strongly suggest that the client attend at least 3, 12 step meetings per week. It is also suggested that family members attend at least 3 Al-Anon meetings per week. Each client will help in developing his/her treatment plan including goals to accomplish during the treatment experience. Individual family member therapy sessions will be set up on an as needed basis. Each client will be given a certificate of completion and a coin for successful completion of the Intensive Outpatient Program.
